Flutterby Enterprises, LLC dba Flutterby Creatives (“Flutterby Creatives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is located in Montana, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit flutterbycreatives.com, contact us, or discuss a website design, branding, or graphic design project with us.
02. Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, including your name, email address, project type, and message. Your message may also include your business name, website, phone number, or other project details.
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request timestamps, and server logs to deliver and protect their services. Our form also uses a hashed IP-based identifier and timestamps to limit repeated submissions.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
03. Your contact form submission
The contact form sends your name, email address, selected project type, and message to designer@flutterbycreatives.com through our hosting provider’s email service. Your email address is included so we can reply directly to you.
The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry messages. Your message is handled by the hosting and email systems and may remain in our business inbox and provider backups. The form uses spam checks and limits repeated submissions.
04. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, discuss your project, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, and manage our business relationship. We also use necessary technical information to maintain the website, prevent spam and misuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
07. Scheduling & other websites
Our discovery-call link takes you to Calendly. If you book there, Calendly processes your booking information under its own privacy policy, and we receive the appointment information you share. Calendly is linked from this site rather than embedded in the page.
Portfolio links may take you to websites operated by others. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing personal information.
08. Retention & security
We retain inquiry and client communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The length of time depends on the nature of the information and the relationship. Copies may also remain in provider backups according to their retention processes.
The form’s rate-limit records contain hashed identifiers and timestamps, not inquiry messages. Entries older than one hour are removed during subsequent form processing; a record may remain until that cleanup runs.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, email system, or method of storage can guarantee complete security. Our business operates in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in locations used by our service providers.
09. Your choices & requests
You may contact us to ask about your personal information, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of information and appeal a decision about a privacy request.
Email designer@flutterbycreatives.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where needed for legal obligations or other permitted reasons. If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy appeal” and explain your concern. We will review requests and appeals within the time required by applicable law.
